MISSION STATEMENT: 

The Lakes of River Trails South Homeowners Association, an HOA managed through voluntary participation of elected homeowners, shall promote a friendly, family neighborhood environment while assisting members with preserving and enhancing property values, and improving quality of life within the community.  This shall be accomplished through programs that effectively and efficiently manage finances, support a clean crime-free and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood, where homeowners are able to maintain their property values and ensure a safe and respectable community for all residents.  This will be accomplished through the enforcement of the By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions with close interaction with local and State governing bodies.
