About Us - This tab gives a brief explanation about the Lakes of Rivertrails South (LORTS) HOA.
Photo Gallery – This tab displays a photo gallery of various events that have happened in our neighborhood. You should feel free to forward photos you think would be an asset to the site.
Events Calendar - This tab displays a calendar that list various activities planned for the neighborhood. Such things as HOA meetings, special events (picnics, parties, bulk trash pick up) are shown. This is a community calendar and requests for personal events (like Garage Sales) can be posted by contacting the board through the Contact Us page.
Mailing List- This tab affords members of the neighborhood the opportunity to sign up for automatic e-mails for specific topics (News, Crime Watch, Social Events, Volunteering). It is important to remember that your e-mail address will not be given out to anyone. This is simply a means for you to get up to date information concerning all the topics listed. You can cancel your request anytime.
Contact Us - This tab is to be used to contact the LORTS HOA Board members with questions, issues, and suggestions. The personal information requested WILL NOT be shared with anyone except LORTS Board members.
Community Info – This tab lists phone numbers and links to various organizations that may be of interest to the neighborhood. If you have other sites or organizations that you think would be beneficial to list, then use the Contact Us page to make your suggestion.
Sponsors - This tab lists various places of business that have advertised on our Web site. Some of these are our friends within the neighborhood. The cost to place an add begins at $15 per column inch and will include 3 months of advertising on the Web Site as well as one posting in our Quarterly Newsletter. If you would like to place an add contact the board of directors using the Contact Us page. All proceeds collected from these adds go to reducing the cost of publication of our Newsletter and the cost of maintaining our Web Site.
Documents – This tab list various documents of interest for Home Owners within the neighborhood. To access this information a ID and Password are required. The ID and Password will change quarterly and be published in the quarterly Newsletter.
Bylaws – This tab holds the formal document that is used to run the LORTS HOA.
Declaration – This tab holds the formal document that established the LORTS community. There are 4 supplements of this document; one for each part of the neighborhood as it was being developed.
Meeting Minutes – This tab holds the meeting minutes for the LORTS HOA Community meeting and meeting minutes from the latest Board of Directors meeting.
Crime Watch – This tab hold various documents and announcements related to the Crime Watch organization within our HOA.
Current Newsletters - This tab holds the Lakes of Rivertrails South portion of the most current newsletter.
Financials – This tab holds the most current quarters financial summary for the LORTS HOA.
Polling – This tab hold the most current poll(s) that are being taken by the Board of Directors. This is a method being used to get the opinions of the homeowners on various subjects or projects.
You Should Know! - This tab has other sub tabs that list important information to the entire neighborhood that the Board of Directors want to communicate.
Announcements – This tab lists specific news and announcement related to the HOA. If there are no specific announcements then this page will be left blank or words stating that there are no announcements to report at this time.
Social Events – This tab list details on up and coming social events for the entire neighborhood.
Volunteering – This tab contains requests for volunteers to participate in various projects related to maintaining the common areas within the HOA. If volunteers are not forthcoming, then the HOA will be forced to hire outside help to get the job done.
Did You Know – This tab is simply a list of tidbits that may be of interest to the neighborhood. If you want to add something to this area feel free to send a recommendation via the Contact Us tab.
